Dan Party operates an SMS messaging program that sends event instructions to people who ask to receive them. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• The mobile phone number you give us.
• The date, time, and method of your consent — whether you used the signup form or texted a keyword to our number.
• The delivery status of messages we send you, and any keyword replies such as YES, STOP, or HELP.

How we use it

We use your number for one purpose: to send you the text messages you signed up for, and to keep a record proving you consented to receive them. We do not use it for anything else.

Sharing your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number. The only party that receives it is Telnyx, our messaging carrier, and only so they can deliver the messages you asked for on our behalf. They may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your number and consent record for as long as you are subscribed, and for a short period afterward as proof of consent. When the messaging program for an event ends, we delete the list.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately. You can also email us and we will remove you by hand. Opting out removes you from all messages in the program.
